This tracker helps you monitor your fertility by observing cervical secretions (except during menstrual bleeding) twice daily. Each day, ask yourself two questions:
If the answer is "Yes" to either question, pregnancy is possible today. If the answer is "No" to both, pregnancy is unlikely.
The presence of cervical secretions usually indicates fertility, while their absence suggests infertility.
Note: If you notice secretions for more than 14 consecutive days, this could indicate an infection. Please consult your health provider.
You can check for secretions by seeing or touching them in your underwear or on toilet paper. Some people prefer to touch their external genitals (vulva). Many soon learn to detect secretions just by the sensation in the genital area, without needing to touch or see them. Use whichever way you prefer.
This tracker can be used by anyone with regular or irregular cycles and can be started at any point during the cycle.
